If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Items may be exchanged for similar items of equal value as the item being returned. In the event a desired item is unavailable you may opt to receive a refund for the item or receive a store credit in the form of a ROCKaBLOCK e-gift card for the amount of the item. The ROCKaBLOCK e-gift card must be used within 60 days of being issued before becoming void.

Custom printing is based on multiple factors such as the ink used, quantity printed, and the design itself. Custom printing requires a minimum quantity of 24 shirts.
